Overview At Abide Group LLC, we are committed to delivering excellence in every product and service we provide from retail goods to inventory management solutions and automation systems. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges across all divisions of our business.

1) Retail & E-Commerce Division Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).

• Custom, special-order, or clearance items are nonreturnable.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team at support@abidegroupllc.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

3. Pack the item securely with the RA number enclosed.

4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
